Mutineers Join Marquette Chamber of Commerce

In an attempt to be more accessible to the local community, the Marquette Mutineers have joined the Marquette Chamber of Commerce.

“This is a good move for us so we can have an available resource dedicated to sustainability and retention of businesses in the Marquette area,” Mutineers General Manager Brice Burge said. “As a new organization that started so late in the offseason, we had to accomplish a lot in the here and now. The Chamber of Commerce will help with that.”

As of Saturday’s game, the Mutineers have existed for 178 days – almost six months. The game against the West Bend Bombers is game 14 of 26; that marks the official start of the second half of the season.
